• For hygiene reasons, slippers are not returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival
• All other footwear categories (Boots, Casual Shoes, Clogs, Sandals, Sneakers) are eligible for returns
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging

2. Wait for authorization and Return Authorization (RA) Number
3. Package items securely with original packing slip or order confirmation

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
