Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat Rate: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Available on all orders over $50.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of your receipt of items.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and health safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other footwear categories—Boots, Casual Shoes, Clogs, Sandals, and Sneakers—are eligible for returns and exchanges.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.
- Package Your Items: Securely package the unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation inside the box.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in your authorization email. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, was defective, or if we made an error in your order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Information

Exchange Process
For exchanges, we will ship your new items as soon as we receive the returned products. If the new item is more expensive than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.
