Our Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Slippers unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other footwear categories (Boots, Casual Shoes, Clogs, Sandals, and Sneakers) are eligible for returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items once we receive the returned products. If the exchange item costs more than the original purchase, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
